Is Compare The Networks an authorised Microsoft reseller?
Yes. We supply Microsoft 365 licences through Westcoast Cloud, an authorised Microsoft indirect provider for the UK. All licences are genuine Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) subscriptions managed from Microsoft's own Partner Center.
How does the 10% bundle discount work?
When you take Microsoft 365 together with a new or existing CTN VoIP service, we apply a 10% discount to your monthly Microsoft 365 per-user price for the life of the contract. It's our way of rewarding customers who consolidate phones and productivity software with one UK supplier.
What contract terms do you offer?
Microsoft 365 licences are available on 12-month or 24-month annual commitment terms, billed monthly. The 24-month term locks in your price against Microsoft's annual increases. We recommend aligning it with your CTN mobile or VoIP contract so everything renews together.
Can you migrate us from Microsoft direct or another reseller?
Yes — we handle the tenant transfer at renewal with no interruption to your mailboxes, Teams or SharePoint. Nothing on the user side changes; the only difference is you'll see CTN as your Partner of Record inside Microsoft 365 Admin.
Do you support Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. Copilot requires an underlying Business Standard or Premium licence, then the £24.26/user/month add-on on top. Bundle customers pay £21.83/user/month. We'll help you work out licence counts based on who genuinely needs Copilot vs who'd benefit more from Business Premium's security features.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we'll quote from a single user upwards. Volume pricing kicks in once you're over 25 users and we'll flag it automatically in your quote.
