Can you buy me out of my existing contract?

In many cases, yes. If you have less than 12 months remaining on your current contract, we can often contribute towards or fully cover your early termination fees. This depends on the deal you take with us, so get a quote and we'll let you know exactly what we can do.

How long does switching take?

Typically 7 to 14 working days from the point you agree a deal. We handle the entire porting process for you, including transferring your existing numbers. There's no downtime and no disruption to your business.

Do I get to keep my existing phone numbers?

Absolutely. We handle the full number porting process. Your numbers transfer seamlessly to the new network with zero downtime. This applies to mobile numbers, landlines, and VoIP numbers.

How is Compare The Networks different from going direct?

We're fully independent and compare deals across O2, Vodafone, EE and Three. Going direct means you only see one network's prices. We find you the best deal across all four, plus you get a dedicated account manager instead of a call centre.

Is it really free? How do you make money?

Completely free for you. We earn a small per-connection bonus from the networks. This means we have no incentive to upsell you a more expensive deal. The cheaper we can get it for you, the happier you are, and the more likely you are to recommend us.

What if the coverage isn't good at my location?

Before we recommend a network, we check coverage at your specific business locations across all four UK networks. If coverage is poor on one network, we'll recommend another. We also offer dual-network SIMs through our Vodafone and Three partnership for even better coverage.

Can you help with VoIP and landlines as well as mobiles?

Yes. We offer business VoIP systems from £20/month and virtual landlines from £10/month, all ex VAT. Many of our customers bundle mobiles with VoIP to save even more. One provider, one bill, one account manager.

Are you OFCOM regulated?

Yes. We're fully regulated by OFCOM, registered with the ICO, GDPR compliant, and aligned with NCSC Cyber Essentials guidelines. We've been operating since 2008 and are a registered member of the Communications Ombudsman.
