What's the difference between Essential, Premium and Ultimate?
Essential covers core antivirus and firewall for endpoints. Premium adds VPN, Patch Management and USB/webcam controls — the sweet spot for most SMEs. Ultimate adds Avast Cleanup Premium and performance tools. All three are managed from the same cloud console.
How does the bundle discount work?
If you take Avast alongside CTN VoIP or Microsoft 365 through us, we apply a 10% discount on the Avast licence fee. It rewards customers who consolidate their comms, software and security with one supplier.
What terms are available?
Avast Business licences are available on 1, 2 or 3-year terms. Longer terms lock in your per-user price against renewals — a 3-year term is typically 30–35% cheaper annually than rolling yearly.
Can Avast run alongside Microsoft Defender?
Yes, but it's usually not necessary. Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes Defender for Business, which is comparable to Avast Essential. If you already have Business Premium, we'd normally steer you towards Defender rather than double-paying — we'll be honest about it on the call.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we'll quote from a single user. Volume pricing kicks in at 5, 20, 50, 100 and 250 users. Volume breaks are automatic in your quote.
