How does the bundle discount work in practice?
Take any CTN VoIP service as your anchor product. Add Microsoft 365 and/or Avast Business Security, and we knock 10% off the licence per-user price for the life of the contract. The VoIP service itself isn't discounted — we make the saving on the software side.
Do I need to buy everything at once?
No. The bundle discount is retroactive — if you've already got CTN VoIP, adding Microsoft 365 or Avast today still qualifies. Existing customers get the 10% off immediately.
What if I already buy Microsoft 365 direct from Microsoft?
We'll transfer your tenant at your next renewal. Nothing changes for your users — same logins, same data, same apps. The only difference is CTN becomes your Partner of Record inside Microsoft 365 Admin, and your bill moves to us. Bundle discount applies from day one.
Is there a contract tie-in?
Microsoft licences are on 12 or 24-month annual commitment terms. CTN VoIP is on 24-month terms. Avast is 1, 2 or 3-year terms. We typically align everything on a 24-month cycle so you renegotiate once.
What happens if I cancel the VoIP?
If you cancel your VoIP early, the Microsoft and Avast licences continue at the standard non-bundle price for the remainder of those terms. We don't claw back previous bundle discounts.
Can I bundle with CTN business mobile instead of VoIP?
Yes. A CTN business mobile contract also qualifies for the 10% bundle discount on Microsoft 365 and Avast.
