Wi-Fi Calling lets your iPhone 15 / 15 Pro make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network instead of relying on mobile signal. It’s ideal for offices, warehouses, or any building with poor indoor coverage.
Turn On Wi-Fi Calling

- Open Settings
- Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Select your SIM or eSIM line
- Tap Wi-Fi Calling
- Toggle Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone to on
- If prompted, enter or confirm your emergency address (required by UK networks)

Turn Off Wi-Fi Calling
- Go to Settings > Mobile Service
- Select your line
- Tap Wi-Fi Calling
- Toggle Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone to off
O2 tip: On O2, Wi-Fi Calling is enabled by default on supported iPhones. If you’re not seeing it, check your plan supports it or contact O2.
Network support: EE, Vodafone, O2, and Three all support Wi-Fi Calling on iPhone 15 / 15 Pro. No extra charges apply — calls use your normal inclusive minutes.
Wi-Fi Calling Not Working?
- Update iOS — go to Settings > General > Software Update and install the latest version
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to reset your connection
- Reset network settings — Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
- Check your carrier settings are up to date — Settings > General > About (an update prompt will appear if available)
Important: Wi-Fi Calling requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. If your Wi-Fi signal is weak or congested, calls may drop or sound poor. Use a wired connection or move closer to your router.
