If EE coverage works well for you but you want a different contract or account relationship, you can compare EE business mobile deals from other providers. Your coverage stays the same.

What to compare before you switch

Use the same requirements for every quote so you compare like with like:

Coverage at your sites. Check each office, site and home-working address on the official EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three coverage checkers before you move away from EE.
Total contract cost. Compare the full cost over the term, including any handset cost, not just the first monthly charge.
Price rises. Since 17 January 2025, Ofcom rules require any price rises in new mobile contracts to be set out in pounds and pence at the point of sale. Check how each offer handles rises.
Allowances. Data per user or shared across the account, and what happens if a line goes over.
Roaming. Which countries are included, any daily charges and any fair use limits for the places your team travels.
Contract length and early termination. Check your current BT end date and any early termination charges before you commit to a new contract.
Bundles. If your mobiles are bundled with BT broadband or phone lines, ask BT whether removing mobile changes the price or terms of the rest of the bundle.
Support. Who you call, how faults are handled and how quickly new lines and replacement SIMs are issued.

How to switch from BT Business Mobile and keep your numbers

Check your contract. Find your minimum term end date and any early termination charges in your BT account or contract paperwork.
Get quotes. Compare written offers on the networks that cover your sites.
Request PAC codes. Text PAC to 65075 from each mobile, or ask BT for PACs for multiple lines. A PAC is valid for 30 days.
Give the PACs to your new provider. The number transfer is usually completed the next working day, and your BT service ends when the numbers move.
Swap SIMs or install eSIMs when the new service goes live.
