Voicemail lets callers leave a message when you can’t answer. Your Samsung Galaxy S25 supports Visual Voicemail through the Phone app on most UK networks.
Set Up Voicemail
Steps
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the three-dot menu (top right) and select Settings
- Tap Voicemail
- Tap Voicemail number and confirm the correct number is set for your network
- To record a greeting, call your voicemail number and follow the voice prompts

Business tip: Record a professional custom greeting. Call your voicemail number, follow the prompts to set up a personalised greeting, and include your name and company.
Enable Visual Voicemail
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the Voicemail tab at the bottom
- If prompted, tap Set up or Enable Visual Voicemail
- Your voicemails will now appear as a list you can play individually
Voicemail Not Working?
- Check the voicemail number — go to Phone > Settings > Voicemail and verify the number matches your network
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off
- Reset network settings — Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings
- Contact your network to confirm voicemail is active on your account
Note: Visual Voicemail availability depends on your network and plan. If it’s not available, you can always dial your voicemail number directly.
