Steps

  1. Open Settings

  4. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling to on
  5. If you have dual SIM, select which line to enable it for
  6. If prompted, enter or confirm your emergency address
  7. You’ll see a Wi-Fi Calling icon in the status bar when active

Turn Off Wi-Fi Calling

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling
  2. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling to off
O2 tip: On O2, Wi-Fi Calling is enabled by default on supported Samsung devices. If the option doesn’t appear, make sure your software is up to date.
Network support: EE, Vodafone, O2, and Three all support Wi-Fi Calling on Samsung Galaxy S24. Calls use your normal minutes at no extra cost.

Wi-Fi Calling Not Working?

Important: Wi-Fi Calling requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. If your Wi-Fi is slow or congested, call quality may suffer. Try connecting to a 5GHz band if available.
