Check Your Network (Quick Method)

Steps

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap Mobile Networks
  4. Your current network is shown under Network Operator

Check Detailed Network Info

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap About Phone
  3. Tap Status Information
  4. Tap SIM Card Status
  5. You’ll see the Network (operator name), Signal Strength (in dBm), Network Type (4G/5G), and more

View Available Networks

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
  2. Toggle off Select automatically
  3. Your Galaxy S24 will scan for all available networks
  4. You’ll see operator names or codes listed
  5. Toggle Select automatically back on when done
Tip: The status bar at the top of your screen shows your network name and connection type (4G, 5G, LTE). If you see your carrier name, you’re connected.
Network codes: If networks appear as numbers: 23410 = O2, 23415 = Vodafone, 23420 = Three, 23430 = EE.
Important: If your Galaxy S24 shows “No Service” or is connected to the wrong network, toggle Airplane Mode on and off. If the issue persists, try resetting network settings or contact your network provider.
