If your iPhone shows “No Service” or keeps dropping signal, manually selecting your network can fix it.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Tap your SIM or eSIM line
- Tap Network Selection
- Turn off Automatic
- Wait for the network list to appear (10–30 seconds)
- Tap your network: EE, Vodafone UK, O2 - UK, or 3 UK
- Wait for “Connected” or signal bars to appear
Tip: If your network doesn’t appear in the list, you may be in a coverage blackspot. Try moving to a different location and scanning again. You can also try switching to 4G for better coverage.
Once you’ve confirmed you have a stable connection, you can turn Automatic back on. Your iPhone will remember the preference.
