A word on Brazil

Portuguese is spoken in Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde as well as Portugal. But:

Brazil — not on the 39-country inclusive call list. Not on the 83-country roaming list. Calls and roaming both out-of-bundle.
Angola — not inclusive either direction.
Mozambique — inclusive for ROAMING (on the 83-country list) but not for calls from the UK.
Cape Verde — not inclusive.

If your usage is mainly Brazil-facing (Brazilian cafés, Brazilian-owned UK businesses), you'll need an international add-on bolt-on covering South America. For Mozambique, inclusive roaming works when physically there, calls from UK need add-ons.

Honest about this — Portuguese-language business is more complex than just "Portugal" on the inclusive lists.

Roaming in Portugal
