Inclusive roaming has fair-use limits — designed for travel, not permanently living abroad. If you spend more than ~60 days per year in Poland consistently, we'd look at a different tariff (or a Polish local SIM would make more sense). Happy to talk about it.
Does CTN offer customer service in Polish?
Not directly — we're UK-based and English-speaking. But we're used to working with Polish business customers and will be patient and clear. Once your tariff is set up, most interactions are through the phone itself, not customer service.
