Business Mobile for Polish Businesses UK (2026): Call Poland & Roam Free

Last updated: April 2026

If you run a Polish-owned business in the UK — or a UK business with Polish staff, Polish suppliers, or regular travel to Poland — your mobile bill is probably bigger than it needs to be. Most UK business mobile contracts treat calls to Poland as a pay-per-minute extra, and most weren't updated after Brexit changed the roaming rules.

CTN business mobile tariffs include calls to Poland from the UK as part of a monthly international minute bundle, and inclusive roaming while in Poland as part of your standard UK allowance. Same SIM, no surcharges, no surprises.

What's included

CTN tariffs include:

  • Calls from UK to Poland — included in your monthly international minutes bundle (200, 500 or unlimited depending on tariff). Both Polish landlines and Polish mobiles.
  • Roaming in Poland — unlimited minutes/texts and your full data allowance work as if you were in the UK. No roaming uplift, no fair use traps at typical usage levels.
  • SMS to Poland — covered.
  • Standard UK coverage through EE, Vodafone or O2 depending on tariff.

If you're travelling between the UK and Poland regularly, one CTN SIM covers both ends.

Who this is for

Polish-owned SMEs in the UK

If you run a polska firma w UK — construction, transport, trades, restaurants, retail, beauty, cleaning — you probably have staff, family or suppliers back in Poland. Calls home to parents, calls to Polish suppliers for ingredients or stock, calls to your księgowa w Polsce (accountant in Poland) — all covered.

UK construction firms with Polish staff

Polish-speaking construction crews are a major part of the UK building industry. When you have 5-10 site workers whose first language is Polish, giving them UK business SIMs that also call home to Poland saves them paying from their own pocket (or worse — using personal phones for work and disappearing between jobs).

Polish care workers and medical staff

Polish nurses, care assistants and doctors working in the UK often maintain strong connections home. Having a work mobile that includes Poland calls means they're reachable without racking up personal costs.

Polish tradespeople — electricians, plumbers, decorators, heating engineers

Self-employed Polish tradespeople in the UK are a huge cluster, particularly across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Slough, Reading, Cambridge, Peterborough, Southampton and the south coast. A business mobile with Poland calling included is genuinely useful.

UK businesses trading with Poland

Post-Brexit, Poland remains one of the UK's fastest-growing EU trade partners. Freight forwarders, food importers, fashion wholesalers, IT firms outsourcing to Polish developers — all make regular calls to Poland for work reasons.

Calling Poland: what's a landline, what's a mobile?

Polish numbers follow a simple pattern:

  • Polish landlines: 9 digits, often starting with 2 (Warsaw), 12 (Kraków), 61 (Poznań), 71 (Wrocław)
  • Polish mobiles: 9 digits starting with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

International dialling code: +48

On CTN business tariffs, calls to both Polish landlines and Polish mobiles come out of the same international minutes pool. No awkward "landlines yes, mobiles extra" split.

Roaming in Poland

If you travel to Poland on business — or you're visiting family (wizyta u rodziny) and want to keep working — your CTN mobile roams there on the standard UK allowance. Common scenarios:

  • Supplier visits — going to meet a manufacturer in Gliwice or a warehouse in Łódź, phone works as if you're in the UK
  • Trade fairs — Poznań International Fair and Targi Kielce on your calendar
  • Home visits — going back to see family for święta (Easter / Christmas) and need to stay in touch with work
  • Driver deliveries — hauliers running UK-Poland routes; phone works the whole way
  • Property management — UK Polish diaspora managing apartments or property back home

One SIM, one allowance, same price whether you're in Birmingham or Białystok.

What's NOT included

To be honest:

  • Calls to Polish premium-rate numbers (0700, 801, 804 etc.) — these are pay-per-minute at special rates, not included in any inclusive bundle
  • Calls while roaming outside the 83 inclusive destinations — if you travel onward from Poland to Belarus or Ukraine, you're in roaming-uplift territory
  • Data use above the monthly allowance — if you blow through 100GB of data while in Poland, out-of-bundle data charges apply as normal

And the obvious one — our tariffs are 36-month terms. This isn't a flexible pay-monthly rolling deal. The 36-month commitment is where the pricing works; shorter terms push the monthly price up.

FAQs

Czy mogę dzwonić do Polski za darmo? (Can I call Poland for free?)

Calls to Poland from the UK are included in your monthly international minutes bundle (200, 500 or unlimited, depending on your CTN tariff). There's no per-minute charge until you exceed the bundle.

Czy telefon będzie działał w Polsce? (Will my phone work in Poland?)

Yes. Poland is one of 83 countries with inclusive roaming on CTN tariffs. Your UK allowance works normally — calls, texts and data all included as if you were in the UK.

Can I use the SIM in Poland long-term if I go back for months?

Inclusive roaming has fair-use limits — designed for travel, not permanently living abroad. If you spend more than ~60 days per year in Poland consistently, we'd look at a different tariff (or a Polish local SIM would make more sense). Happy to talk about it.

Does CTN offer customer service in Polish?

Not directly — we're UK-based and English-speaking. But we're used to working with Polish business customers and will be patient and clear. Once your tariff is set up, most interactions are through the phone itself, not customer service.

Can I keep my existing mobile number?

Yes. Porting your existing number is free, takes 1-2 working days, and happens without downtime. This works even if your number is currently on a Polish carrier (with a few extra steps).

What if I need to call countries other than Poland?

The international call bundle covers 39 countries — most EEA, plus USA and Canada. Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Ireland — all included. Full list in our international business mobile guide.
